Sophia Samutin (FT) is an Associate at Oak HC/FT, focusing on growth equity and early-stage venture opportunities in FinTech.

Sophia first joined Oak HC/FT in 2020 and returned in 2022 after holding an operating role at venture backed e-commerce brand CUUP. Sophia was also a Fellow in the first cohort of Primary NYC Founders Fellowship, where she founded Jade, a text-based automated matchmaking platform. She started her career at Insight Partners on the investment team.

Sophia received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University, where she studied the History of Science.
