Vignesh Chandramouli (HC), a Partner at Oak HC/FT, joined the firm in 2014 and focuses on growth equity and early-stage venture opportunities in Healthcare.

Vig currently serves on the Board of Syllable and is a Board Observer at Advise, CareBridge, Cricket Health, OncoHealth, Reveleer, Unite US, Veda, Vesta Healthcare, and VillageMD. Vig is also actively involved with Main Street Health, Notable, Quartet, Rialtic, Unified and Wayspring. Recent prior investments include Aspire Health (acquired by Anthem), Core Informatics (acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific), LDI Integrated Pharmacy Services (acquired by Diplomat Pharmacy), Maestro Health (acquired by AXA Group), and Therapy Brands (acquired by KKR).

Prior to joining Oak HC/FT, Vig was an Associate with LLR Partners, a middle-market growth equity firm, where he focused on investments in healthcare services companies.

Vig received a dual Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and the School of Engineering and Applied Science.
